- I conduct sessions in English and Spanish.
- My clinical focus is primarily on treating Personal Growth, Existential Issues, Stress / Burnout, Loss or Grief, Life Transitions, Perfectionism and Self-Esteem / Negative Self-Talk. To support my patients, I utilize clinical modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Culturally Sensitive. I provide Psychiatry and work primarily with clients aged 18 – 24, 25 – 39, 40 – 64 and 65+.
- I offer both secure telehealth sessions across TX and in-person appointments at my office in Suite 160, Waco, TX.
