I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma, bipolar disorder, grief, and social anxiety. I’m also passionate about women’s health and perinatal concerns, LGBTQ+ affirming care, family support, and strengthening self-esteem. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman's University and a Doctor of Nursing Practice with a focus in Psychiatry and Mental Health from Texas Christian University. Beyond direct care, I’ve presented research at state conferences and contributed to nursing education, which keeps my practice current and grounded in what works. - My clinical focus is primarily on treating Conflict with Friends, Shyness / High Sensitivity, Fear of Rejection, Social Isolation / Loneliness, Anxiety, Social Anxiety and Existential Issues. I provide Psychiatry and work primarily with clients aged 15 – 17, 18 – 24, 25 – 39, 40 – 64 and 65+.
- I offer both secure telehealth sessions across Texas and in-person appointments at my office in Fort Worth, TX.
