BIO
Natalie Brewer, PMHN, is a native Nashvillian who combines compassionate care with evidence-based approaches to help patients optimize mental health and overall wellbeing. She attended The Harpeth Hall School then proceeded to the University of Tennessee, graduating with a B.A. in Psychology and a B.S. in Supply Chain Management and Business Analytics. She attained her Master of Science in Nursing-Psychiatric Mental Health from Vanderbilt University. She previously worked in outpatient and inpatient settings focusing on mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, post traumatic stress disorder, sleep disorders, and ADHD treating patients across the lifespan. In her free time, Natalie can be found playing piano or guitar, practicing yoga and pilates, connecting to nature, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering to help unhoused people. I strive to address the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, social, spiritual and physical health in an effort to help clients achieve emotional wellbeing and live life to the fullest. Although my primary role is medication management, I also provide supportive counseling to help patients face life's inevitable challenges and achieve their goals. Reaching out for support takes courage. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. I take time to listen and get to know you, so that together we can create a path toward healing and balance that fits your goals and values. No two plans are the same--your treatment plan is unique to you. Together, we’ll create a space for growth, self-understanding, and positive change.
