Seeking care for distressing mental health symptoms that negatively impact your daily life and opening up to a provider about these symptoms can be a daunting experience. My primary role at Mind Body Optimization is providing medication management. I will take the time to listen to your story and will collaborate with you, providing education and supportive counseling, to ensure we choose the best options for restoring your overall optimal mental well-being. Your individualized treatment plan may include not only medications, but also psychotherapy. I will enjoy getting to know you as my patient, listening to your story, while building rapport and establishing trust. Restoring your mental health to optimal well-being is a process requiring time, patience and investment from both you and me. I will work with you in a clinical partnership to provide the most appropriate treatment options to restore and optimize your mental well-being.
