I am a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who graduated from West Coast University, with eight years of experience as an ICU nurse. During that time, I cared for patients and families during some of the hardest moments of their lives. I saw how stress, anxiety, and emotional pain often go hand-in-hand with physical illness, and how important it is to care for the mind as well as the body. That experience is what led me to focus on mental health—because everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and truly cared for, no matter what they’re going through. It is important we approach with empathy, clinical insight, and a holistic understanding of the human experience.

- My clinical focus is primarily on treating Conflict with Friends, Borderline Personality, Shyness / High Sensitivity, Fear of Rejection, Social Isolation / Loneliness, Anxiety and Panic Attacks. I provide Psychiatry and work primarily with clients aged 18 – 24, 25 – 39 and 40 – 64.
- I offer both secure telehealth sessions across TX and in-person appointments at my office in Suite 100, San Antonio, TX.
