- I conduct therapy in English.
- My clinical focus is primarily on treating Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), Self-Esteem / Negative Self-Talk, Perfectionism and ADD / ADHD. To support my patients, I utilize clinical modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I provide Individual Therapy and Psychiatry and work primarily with clients aged 15 – 17, 18 – 24, 25 – 39, 40 – 64 and 65+.
- I offer both secure telehealth sessions across TN and in-person appointments at my office in Suite 140, Franklin, TN.
