I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who is deeply committed to advocating for individuals who feel unheard and unseen while advocating for more mental health awareness in our community. I started as an LVN in Ohio and began travel nursing which lead me to Texas where I received my BSN at the University of Texas in Arlington. While working in the ICU I continued at UTA to obtain my Masters and became a PMHNP. With a wealth of experience gained from living in many areas across the United States during my life, I have developed a profound understanding of diverse communities and the mental health challenges they face.

- My clinical focus is primarily on treating Not Happy or Satisfied with life, Depression, Anger Issues, Anxiety, Substance Use, Trauma / PTSD and ADD / ADHD. To support my patients, I utilize clinical modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal and Compassion Focused. I provide Psychiatry and work primarily with clients aged 9 – 11, 12 – 14, 15 – 17, 18 – 24, 25 – 39, 40 – 64 and 65+.
- I offer both secure telehealth sessions across TX and in-person appointments at my office in Ste 202, Waco, TX.
