- I conduct sessions in Spanish and English.
- My clinical focus is primarily on treating Depression, Anxiety, Self-Esteem / Negative Self-Talk, Personal Growth, Loss or Grief, Life Transitions and Stress / Burnout. To support my patients, I utilize clinical modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Culturally Sensitive. I provide Psychiatry and work primarily with clients aged 18 – 24, 25 – 39, 40 – 64 and 65+.
- I offer both secure telehealth sessions across TX and in-person appointments at my office in Ste 202, Waco, TX.
