My primary role at Mind Body Optimization is providing medication management. I will take the time to listen to your story and will collaborate with you, providing education and supportive counseling, to ensure we choose the best options for restoring your overall optimal mental well-being. Your individualized treatment plan may include not only medications, but also psychotherapy. I will enjoy getting to know you as my patient, listening to your story, while building rapport and establishing trust.
